Match the vocabulary: maintenance-leaning or process-leaning

Two different managers hire under this title, and they read for different words.

A maintenance or reliability manager reads for assets, work orders, spares, isolation, PM completion, mean time between failures and mean time to repair. A process or manufacturing engineering manager reads for runs, parameters, capability, first pass yield, scrap, OEE and qualification.
