A club director reading applications in August is thinking about one thing: who will stand in a gym next month with 96 athletes in front of them and produce balanced rosters by the following week. Name it. "I have run the 15s and 16s tryout group for seven seasons, evaluating around 96 athletes over two days and publishing two balanced rosters within nine days." That sentence answers the question they actually have.
Then close the paperwork loop, because it is a deadline. Do

- For a school job, write the autumn season instead, with roster size, match schedule, the number of teams in the program and any cut process you ran.
- For camp work, write registrations handled, groups placed and the daily court schedule.
