For a community agency, lead with the active caseload, the ratio and the retention or completion rate. For a housing program, add the fidelity model and the data standard you document against. For a health plan or a utilization review team, translate the caseload into reviews or authorizations a day and lead with first-submission approval rate and turnaround time. For a supervisory post, lead with the number of staff and the combined panel, then one outcome that moved.
