Lead with the type, not the phrase EPA certified
Section 608 has four technician certifications and they cover different equipment. Type I is for small appliances, Type II for high-pressure and very high-pressure appliances except small appliances and motor vehicle air conditioning, Type III for low-pressure appliances, and Universal for all types (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Section 608 Technician Certification Requirements).
So write the type: "EPA Section 608 Universal" tells a service manager you can be sent to a chiller as well as a rooftop unit. "EPA certified" makes them ask.
Then say the equipment and the tonnage, because that is the dispatch decision. Split systems and heat pumps to 5 tons is a different technician from packaged rooftop units to 25 tons, and both are different from supermarket rack refrigeration.

Service company, facilities department or refrigeration
For a residential service company, lead with calls a day, first-visit fix rate, callback rate and maintenance agreement renewal. For a facilities or educational employer, lead with preventive maintenance, building controls, working in occupied buildings and after-hours coverage. For refrigeration work, lead with rack systems, walk-in boxes, defrost and case controllers, and say so explicitly, because it is a different skill set. Name the manufacturer training you have actually completed, including A2L handling.
Do not write "EPA certified" without the type. Do not claim an A2L certification, because there is no federal one; Section 608 plus manufacturer or employer training is the accurate way to say it. Do not say "all makes and models"; list the equipment. Do not omit whether you will take on-call, because it is the question behind every summer hire. Do not send a letter with no company name in it.
