Lead with the permit, then the program
Put the permit question to bed in the first sentence
There is no national bartending license, and the rule changes at the state line. Washington requires a MAST permit by law to serve, mix, sell or supervise the sale of alcohol for on-premises consumption (Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board), and California has required Responsible Beverage Service training and the ABC server certification exam of on-premises servers and their managers since 1 July 2022, within 60 days of the first date of employment (California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control). Texas says there is no requirement to be certified under state law (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission).
So write the sentence that ends the question: "I hold a current nationally recognized alcohol server certification, valid to 2028." Or, if you are moving: "I do not yet hold the Oregon service permit and can complete the approved class and the OLCC test inside their 45 day window."
Either beats silence, which makes the reader assume the worse of the two.

Bar work happens when nobody senior is watching, so you have to write it down.

Do not write "alcohol certified" without naming the program or the state. Do not assume your permit travels, since Washington, Oregon, California and Utah each run their own scheme.
